A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Total delivery time = processing + shipping.

A: We offer free shipping within the United States.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package on the carrier’s website.

A: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and not a final sale/custom item.

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
