Return & Refund Policy
Pugest aims to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. This policy covers items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your cancellation request. For more details, please visit our Cancellation Policy page.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. Attach the return shipping label to the package and send it back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within four business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
We only accept new products for returns, including unopened items in their original packaging. Used or opened items are not eligible for return. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Policy
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a full refund will be issued, including shipping and handling charges. If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., wrong product ordered or buyer’s remorse), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund will exclude initial shipping fees.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the product is not in its original condition or missing any components, a full refund may not be issued.

Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
